Match Report
Stamford Girls-U12B vs  Bedford Modern School
On: Saturday, 22 Sep 2018
Venue: Away

Our third match of the season!

Saturdays match started with us waiting at the school door in the morning cold, soon we all piled onto the bus which took us on a cheery journey to Bedford modern school. In a short amount of time we were on the pitch warming up for the big game. After a match talk from Miss Leddy we soon started the game beginning with Bedford scoring, after that it was a tense first half. Stamford pushing towards the goal at all times and before we knew it the half time whistle blew.

We huddled in the goal to hear a motivation talk from Miss Leddy which was very encouraging. The second half was all even Stevens, Stamford trying extra hard. Our goal keeper (Chloe Morgan- Bramley) saving many attempts on goal did really well. Unfortunately there were no goals in the second half although we all did brilliantly, hope to see us playing that well in all our games.

The score was 1-0 to Bedford Modern and a big shout out to Lottie Beverstock, player of the match (very well deserved). Well done team!
